In the dark.

Things that bother me:
- People who think they are 'THE Shit'; when clearly, they are not.
- When people give their useless & annoying commentary during movies; especially silent films.
- Cafe:Hot subs; if I really wanted one, I'd go to Quiznos.
- When the cafe refuses to have hot salads; its the only thing I actually mildly enjoy.
- Fire alarm wake-up calls; every time.
- Popped-collar-polos (or dress shirts); thats what turtle necks were made for.
... To Be Continued

& This just makes me smile; enjoy.

Fact of the day: I look forward to your call everyday.

This song always gets me.

You aren't the kind of person that I couldn't fall in love with, rather you are the kind of person that I could. And I'd like to spend an afternoon of laughing at ourselves, and hear all the wonderful things you might tell me. I'd watch your eyes gleam during that time of day when you can't really tell if it's day or night. I'd like to think of us in twelve years having a place and a daughter. I think she would look a lot like you. We'd be all the time smiling. Someone once asked me who I'd most like to be with. I said, "There's this really great gal that I'd like to hang out with sometime."

I don't need a second chance, I just want out of this fucking quicksand.

I keep having debates with myself as to whether I should dye my hair or not. I am trying really hard not to because my goal is to donate my hair for cancer once it is long enough, but at the same time, I really hate my natural hair colour.
Its been growing for I don't know how long; and it doesn't seem to be getting any longer. Its all natural now, and its starting to bother me.

Fact of the day: because I'm tired of fucking around.

I am stupid.

I love tattoos. I love getting tattooed. I hate waiting for them to heal.
I started picking the colour scabs off of the new ones because I have a silly urge for my skin to be smooth, not lumpy. So naturally, I wanted the scabs to go away as quickly as possible. Its been about a week since I got these silly little tats and they are still not healed. I started scratching away at them and now they look even sillier than they already did. Half faded tats are uncool; but its all my fault. (I also hate the word 'tats')

Fact of the day: Title.

Are you the President of the World?

I thought I disliked Skype. Now I am sure I dislike Skype.
I was unaware that people from anywhere were able to contact me even if they were not on my contact list. It is basically a giant chat room. Uncool.
If I wished to talk to creepers all day I would go out of my way to find a chat room just for that. Not answer random Skype calls (on what I thought was just an improved calling version of MSN) from random people in Denmark, Baltimore and other random countries and cities and various places. Do NOT Skype me.

Fact of the day: I'm a cat.

January

Worst month of all. So much sickness. Weather hasn't been terrible but it doesn't make up for everything else.
Limited contact with the boy.
Schools' a mess.
Heads' a mess.
Stomachs' a mess.
I'm a mess.

Fact of the day: Don't expect the wait.

Snow Angel Never Fading.

With the way this winter has gone so far, I'd have to say it’s been a bittersweet experience; with regards to the weather. We do live in Canada, so naturally, harsh winters are expected; however, this year the weather has been extremely mild. My friend Melody was wearing a skirt in the middle of January without tights or leggings of any sort, and was completely comfortable being outdoors. Although that is comforting to hear, as I’m not super big on cold weather, it is a little sad that we have been unable to see trees beautifully covered in white snow, with snowmen taking refuge underneath their snow-covered branches. I have to admit winter is not my favourite season, but it does cause for some wonderful scenery. Deprivation of snow this winter is a bit heartbreaking: with bare trees screaming in misery to be clothed, while cars beat the road splashing the filth the rain has left behind.

I am waiting on winter to kick in, as there are still a few months left of it to come.

Patiently awaiting the perfect day for my annual snow angel.

Fact of the day: Don't let it bring you down.

Start it off on the wrong foot.

So I started my classes today, and couldn't get my schedule up on webadvisor, therefore leaving me no choice but to guess which class I was supposed to be in. I sat at the front wondering if I should just leave or not while the professor took attendance, then suddenly my name came up and my face beet red. Fortunately, I had made the right choice. Overcome with solitary embarrassment, and the relief that I was in the right class, I settled in and discovered this semester might not be too terrible.
I know I should have checked my schedule a little sooner than the day of class, but I wasn't too stoked on getting back to school; so I did what I always do. Procrastinate. I'm hoping this semester my relationship with it wont be so abusive.
